The picks are coming from sunny SoCal this week. Does Chavez float in salt water. I hope, I don't have to find out. Are there icebergs in the pacific? 4 - 4 last week, 30-16-2 for the year. Playoffs around the corner, every game is important. Well "not" every game, sorry AD.
Gooners v. Hooligans
Sooners going the wrong way. Of course, those who root for the gooners are used to going the wrong way. Hooli is very unlucky and the gooners are very "uninterested" so, who knows the result. Hooli looks to be the better team, the pick is Hooli 102 Gooners 82
Bulls v. Hitters
The grande toros are rolling and the "New Jersey Slow Pitchers" are hardly a road block. Bulls looking to clinch the division and the Takers shouldn't offer much resistance. I picked the east coast "lollipops" last week. Won't make that mistake again. The pick is Toros 113 Hitters 73
Cow v. Hash
Hash keeps surprising me, getting production out of scrubs. The Wild Cow is making a run. "can you hear the thunder?" The pick is Cow 119 Hash 109
Rage v. 69ers
Rage can't catch a break. Played the reincarnation of "Dan Marino" last week in a week he might have got a win. Playing for pride now, should not matter. The pick is the 69ers 102 Rage 92
Big Underroos v. Rojo
Big under roos lost a tough one last week and now they get a really tough one. Rojo, at my chagrin" is rolling like red bull rolls down his gullet. The pick is Rojo 138 Under Roos 108
Long Shlongs v. Luckepick
Lucke hasn't seen his roster since JoePa was still an icon. Shlongs are making a push for one of the two wild cards. Shlongs make it more interesting. The pick is Luong Duong 113 Lucke 73
AD v. The Takers
AD trying to play the spoiler. May have a shot this week, of course, he is playing one of the worst 6-3 teams in history. Kinda like Boise State beating Northern Idaho school for girls and claiming they're the best team in history. Upset of the week (but not a stretch). The pick is AD 89 Takers 79
Chavez v. Fatty
Chavez likes some Bush. McFadden out for another week (no problem) throw in a 240 pound Bush. Chavez having a OFL historic season at 7 - 2, unfortunately Rojo is having a "Patriot" like season (gonna end that way also). Fatty unlike the Takers is a very good 3-6 team. "Luck" has not been on his side. More of the same. The Pick is Chavez 123 Takers 103
Disclaimer Note: This is all in good fun, I hope everyone is enjoying the league. Until next week....May the Pokes geld the red raiders, the Aggies win one more (so rojo doesn't move to Amsterdam), and the Sooners all attend Jerry Sanduskies summer camp.
