Week 9, 2016 Alex vs Chip
Week 9
Bigg Squad took advantage of 31.10 points from Mark Ingram and 25.00 from Blake Bortles to crush TexasTide 109.60 to 67.53. Just like the Titanic, the TexasTide-ship is going down, having lost their fifth straight. Free fallin' like Tom Petty, TexasTide suffered a significant drop in scoring from last week's 115.70 to 109.77 loss against Hitters/Future Champ. On top of the loss, TexasTide had a starter score zero points (Derrick Henry). Bigg Squad (3-6, 842.80 points) inches up to 14th place and TexasTide (2-7, 828.62 points) sinks into 15th place.

Smooth Moves by Bigg Squad
- If this were a dream sequence, you'd hear a deep voice announce, "Bigg Squad, the Toyota Hall of Famer." But it's not.
- Not the best, but in the conversation. Mark Ingram ranked ninth in the league in scoring this week with 31.10 points. It was also the third-highest score of any player on Bigg Squad this season.
- Cole Beasley scored 17.60 points against a projected 10.15 and has now overachieved in four straight games.
- By scoring 25.00 points, Blake Bortles beat his 15.14 projected points by 65.1%.
- Did you use any black magic this week? Bigg Squad was still able to pull out a win with only 4 of their 8 starters exceeding their projected points.
Toyota Roster Tune-up
- Funny, the Hall provides articles you could have studied. But instead you watched TexasTide cry trying.
- With 1.00 point, the Denver Broncos Defense was last in the matchup in scoring and got only 13.3% of their projected point total, which is their lowest percentage of the season.
- A heated blanket would be a great gift for Emmanuel Sanders during this cold streak. He scored below his projection in five straight games after scoring 9.70 points against a projected 15.35 this week.
- Brandon Marshall has now failed to reach his projection for four straight games. This week he scored 10.50 points versus a projected 14.71.
- Bigg Squad saw their RBs beat those on TexasTide 35.30 - 6.68.
What If
- If Bigg Squad played TexasTide every week, they would be 4-5 this season.
- Bigg Squad would have beaten seven other teams besides TexasTide this week.
- Had they played each other last week, Bigg Squad would have defeated TexasTide 129.95 - 109.77.
- Bigg Squad would be 3-5 if they played the same schedule as TexasTide.
- Bigg Squad would be 42-93 if they played every team every week.
- TexasTide would have lost to 13 other teams besides Bigg Squad this week.
- If they played the same schedule as Bigg Squad, TexasTide would be 4-4.
- TexasTide would be 51-84 if they played every team every week.
