Toyota Roster Tune-up

  • Don't worry, TexasTide, the Toyota Hall of Fame says losing isn't contagious. But it is embarrassing. And you should be embarrassed.
  • TexasTide left the 19.70 points scored by Derrick Henry on the bench this week. He beat his projected point total by 220.3%, the fourth-highest percentage in the league.
  • A heated blanket would be a great gift for Brandon Marshall during this cold streak. He scored below his projection in three straight games after scoring 10.80 points against a projected 15.94 this week.
  • This is how people lose everything in casinos. TexasTide thought their luck would change and went back to the well with Emmanuel Sanders. However, he scored 10.80 points against a projected 15.22 and has now underachieved in four straight games.
  • The TE position was a letdown for TexasTide, where they were outscored 21.90 - 3.90 by Hitters/Future Champ.

What If

  • If Hitters/Future Champ played TexasTide every week, they'd be 7-1 this season.
  • Hitters/Future Champ would have beaten eight other teams besides TexasTide this week.
  • Were they resting their players for this week? Hitters/Future Champ would have defeated TexasTide 135.80 - 85.72 had they played each other last week.

  • If Hitters/Future Champ had played every team in the league each week, they would be 94-26.

  • TexasTide would be 50-70 if they played every team every week.
