Question: What's the all-time record for number of trades in a season?

As usual, information for 1999 & 2000 is not available. The following numbers are from 2001-2010.

2001 - 0 total trades (whole league)

2002 - 2 total trades

2003 - 2 total trades

2004 - 3 total trades

2005 - 4 total trades

2006 - 7 total trades, Cow lead the way with 5

2007 - 9 total trades, I had 5

2008 - 10 total trades, I had 5, Pitch had 6

2009 - 9 total trades, 3 was the most for any one team and several tied.

2010 - 11 so far, Dustin with 6 (assuming the current pending trade)

So,

Pitch 6 - 2008

Dustin 6 - 2010

AD 5 - 2006

AD 5 - 2008

Would be the top four most team trades in a season.

(This does not count Draft Day trades, only in season trades)
