Weekly Awards
Starting, re-starting?, this week, after this week's games, I'm going to put back the voting polls for players of the week. We've done it before, but quit because we usually had like 3-5 votes in a league of 16 people. I'll put a list of nominees from Thursday, Sunday, & Monday's games and people can vote on who they think deserves the Player of the Week Award from each position. It's obviously more fun when people get to vote versus just me picking out the highest scorer at each position each week. We'll see how it goes. Voting will probably be available Tuesday & Wednesday and then winners will be posted.

Completely off topic... If you're wondering why individual team pages aren't updated, here's why. It takes time to load & replace each team page each week. I'm not doing it. Team pages get updated on my laptop and backed-up & saved on a separate storage device. My plan is to update the individual team pages quarterly, after week 4, 8, probably 14, and then the final results after week 17, or some variance of that.

Continuous Daily Waiver System
6:00 PM, about 40 minutes from this posting, we are switching back to Continuous Daily Waiver. Players are free agents until then, but will be on Daily Waivers through the rest of the season.

Waiver System
The Reversal & the fix.
The current system will run it's course Tuesday night or if you prefer Wednesday morning. Any waiver requests placed before then will be processed at that time. All unclaimed players will return to Free Agent status and teams will have the opportunity to drop and add with it not affecting their waiver priority number. Here's the important part. Come Thursday night at 6:00 PM I will switch the league to Continuous Daily Waiver and it will remain such for the remainder of the season.
We tried something new and it sucked so we're switching it back. No big deal.

Waiver System
Waivers run from Thursday's night game through Tuesday and process Wednesday morning. You can not add players off of the player's list during that time. If you do not have a full roster for the up-coming weekend games, you will be screwed.
A "last minute add" is now right before the Thursday Night Game. If you do not set your line-up before this, you will be screwed.
Set your line-up Wednesday or Thursday if you have to pick up someone.
There are NO Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday adds. You can't do it.
Your team must be ready for the weekend BEFORE the Thursday Night Game.
