Week 16, 2015 Playoffs 2nd Round...

Jimmy (5) Vs Pitch (6)

Crushing 1st round losses for both last week. This game means only lottery ball placement and really its just one ball. One will be 11 the other 12 in number of lottery balls. It's tough to play this game after making the playoffs and getting ideas of a championship run in your head but a game is a game.

Jimmy's next win is Career win #100, but he seems to have hit a "99 curse". Maybe he breaks it.
Overall series is tied 9-9, but Pitch has won the last 4. Pitch won week 3 & 14 this year.
Jimmy currently favored +2

Chad (10) Vs Irving (12)

This game means nothing to anything, but again a game is a game.
Chad leads series 3-0 and won week 6 this year.
Chad currently favored +18

Papa (8) Vs John (9)

John's got nothing but pride on the line in this one.
Papa is playing for the Lucky Loser Money Pool.
This series is tied 3-3. John won week 4 this year.
Papa currently favored +1

AD (7) Vs Adrian (11)

Both teams are playing for the Lucky Loser Money Pool.
If you think I'm not motivated for the $80, you'd be wrong. I bet Adrian's the same.
AD won week 8 this year scoring 215.47 points. Adrian gets a revenge game.
Adrian currently favored +10

***** CHAMPIONSHIP BRACKET GAMES *****

Alex (1) Vs Matt (4)

The hottest team of the year meets the hottest team since week 12.
Alex won week 4 earlier this year.
Matt is alive for High Roller Money Pool.
This is Alex's first Playoff Game.
Alex has 12 100+ scoring weeks, including his bye, this year, but scored in 90's 3 of last 6.
Alex average per game 125.44, but 113.05 last 6.
Matt since week 12 (133, 158, 128, 130) 137 per average.
Matt is now 4-1 in meaningful Playoff games, 4-2 overall.
Matt currently favored +10

Beas (2) Vs Dustin (3)

Dustin leads the series 10-5-1, but series is 2-2 since the tie in 2013 and Beas won week 10 this year.
They have met in the playoffs just once (weird, right?) and that was 2005.
Dustin set a Playoff Record scoring 180 points that game.
Beas is 5-7 in meaningful Playoff Games, 8-9 overall, 17 total is 2nd most all-time.
Dustin is 7-5 in meaningful Playoff Games, 8-5 overall, 13 total is 4th most all-time.
The 12 meaningful Playoff Games they've both played ties them for second most all-time.
Which is why it's weird they've only played each other once before this year.
Dustin's last 4 (133, 117, 113, 162)
Beas' last 4 (112, 106, 104, 124)
Beas is alive for High Roller & Big Spender Money Pool.
*** Updated *** Dead Heat After Carr underachieved and Woodhead, a personal favorite of mine, scores big

Yep fellas, our two Championship Bracket Playoff Match-Ups this week are about as good as you can get. The rest of us, our teams, may not be in the running anymore, but if you're a fan of the league as a whole, you gotta like this week's games.
