Raging Bulls is sending 2nd round pick Amari Cooper to The Only Bull for 2nd round pick (in fact, Lane took Baldwin with the very next pick in the draft) Doug Baldwin & Samaje Perine. Essentially, a gamble on who will be the better WR the rest of the year, or a week or two at this rate, and whether or not Perine becomes the every-down back for the Skins.
